Japanese Yakitori is a time-honored grilling tradition where skewered chicken is slow-cooked over premium binchotan charcoal. Each bite captures hours of careful preparation and expert technique. The result is juicy, tender meat infused with a rich, smoky flavor that's deeply satisfying. The concept has expanded to include a variety of skewered and grilled items beyond chicken. These are often grouped under the broader term "kushiyaki" (串焼き), which means "skewered and grilled."

Amazing all around! It’s so rare to find a spot that is a family restaurant and that treats you like family even on your first visit.
